The niche is a bit narrow, so is this domain name a good investement?

I totally agree.
I'd say, stay away @spiritfly . It requires a great deal of experience to recognize which 2-word name is actually of value in these nTLDs.

Yeah I was aware of that in fact it was part of the test. I wasn't that much into the domain name, but as a n00b in this biz, I wanted to read some opinions from experienced folks around here for which I am grateful.

The fact that it is still available just shows they were right.

If you really love that domain, you may reg parkshareapp.com as well.

I don't see much reselling value in that domain, however, you could try your luck. However, from my experience, it doesn't have many chances of getting sold at a decent price. My 2 cents.
