are there any metrics or methods to know the exact/estimated traffic for a specified alexa ranking?

Something like 3,xxx,xxx alexa ranking = 50-60 traffic a day so on and on.

Also, are there any price guides for alexa ranking regardless of name? Example would be 3,xxx,xxx rank = 50-60 buck, 4,xxx,xxx = 70-80 so on....

Hi There.
No there is no traffic metric. In fact, i don't know a single domainer that uses alexa rankings (over a 100,000) as a metric at all. If a site is under 100,000 the data is semi-reliable, but above that, it is a crapshoot.
As far as pricing goes, Anything over 5,000,000 is worth reg fee IMO (unless there is some sort of other intrinsic value)

Depends not only on the type of site (eg. domaining, sports, fashion,...), but also on the performance of other sites on that particular day. You can get more traffic on a particular day but if everyone else gets more traffic as well, then your rank won't change. It's possible for your rank to get worse even if your traffic goes up.

My domaining blog peaked at 100k Alexa and was getting about 500 uniques / 1000 pageviews per day. BQB gets about 500 uniques / 4000 pageviews and is ranked from about 60k-100k Alexa depending on the day.

Alexa's new ranking system seems to put more weight on having uniques and less weight on having pageviews. Some popular sites took a huge hit to their Alexa rank when this new system was put in place.

I'm not a big fan of paying for traffic without knowing how it converts. The value of any Alexa rank will depend largely on what kind of money someone can make off the traffic that domain receives.

I wouldn't think you'd get any significant premium above regfee for domains ranked much over 2 million, unless they're in topics which repel geeks :music:
