request Is there a free DNS server I can point my Alibaba domains at?

I have a few domains at Alibaba. They are currently pointing at some external DNS servers I know nothing about, but I want to point them at my web server. Alibaba has an option to switch to "Alibaba Cloud DNS" that I think is a paid service, and I don't want to pay for this on each domain. So I'd like to point them at some free DNS server where I can set A records. Does anyone know of such a service?

Just an update: I wound up using HE.net. I tried Namecheap but found it awkward because I had to point my domains at Namecheap first, then verify, then set up the records. I didn't want to wait and come back to it later, so I used HE.
