Is there a CMS for this?

I want to make an NFL sim site where users can customize they're rosters. So I would need a CMS which gives me the ability to add custom fields and pages for the users to edit themselves. Is there anything like that?

None that I know of but if you want one made specially for you I can get it done

I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for but have you tried Mambo? There's a component called Community Builder where users are able to have their own profile and you can add/delete custom fields for it.
