Is the word "stradivarius" tm?

It's strange, there is nothing I found on it, however this one website/company has managed to get the com, info, us, mobi, biz, did they just happen to register all at once or?

A trademark look up has TMs pop up, so it has trademarks with the name.

The one for STRADIVARIUS ESPAÑA looks particularly ominous


I see they are the ones that own these names.

Some may have been available to them, others they might have bought from the domain owners. I wouldn't assume they got them from UDRP unless you find proof.

But it's a last name, so it will be a very fine line about what is protected. Certainly if it is used anywhere near violins, it will be an issue.
