.net Is it worth investing in .NET domains?

As the title say, do you think its a good idea to invest in .net domains?

Go to namebio.com and filter just .net results and go from there. I got hosed on 4L net a few years ago and hate all extensions except .com and .ca
And of course .xyz

It really depends. I’ve had success with quick flips. Recently purchased deducted.net for $50, and flipped it for double the very next day. Could have easily tripled it if I waited about a couple more weeks.

Other domains, like single, short dictionary words that you can see a business using, can fetch 5 figures with an end user valuation and you can pick them up for about $400-3000 wholesale.

For example, I own BOTH duel.net and duel.org, but I refuse to sell them separately. Got them for a steal though. squad help immediately approved them for their premium marketplace at 5 figures each.
