Is it safe to use this domain?

So I registered my name, surname word play combo - raival. I was wondering if it can be sued/taken for being deliberate misspelling of rival? While it's not the intention I can see why it might appear that way. Not sure as English is my second language.

If you own the domain then it own to you only. No one do any thing on that.

Why would you be sued for mispelling a dictionary word? If you regged "facebbook" then we would have something to talk about.

Easy answer - no you're probably fine - unless you are putting up a site to infringe on a TradeMark. It doesn't sound like you are.
