I want to buy an available domain name which is name of a company, a trademark, a well known business in Canada.
I want to buy it in good faith : I want to develop it by given the history of that old company, with pictures, temoignages etc. My grandfather, my father and me have worked for it.
I want also give information for all the retired workers of that company.
I don't want to make any money with it.
I don't want to sell it to anybody, even to the trademark's owner in order to make a profit.

MY QUESTION : is it legal ?

I think it's fine. I would still suggest you send them an email with your proposal, they should be glad to see a 3rd party historical site like this. But just in case.

It's all in good faith, really, hard to see such development proposal in a domain forum. Wish you the best luck! :)
