Can I Regg a TradeMark cancelled Domain!!?

Hi NamePros!!

I came across a domain name which is very catchy & hava great potential!!
Before registering it I just checked whether its TradeMarked.
Yes, it WAS a trademark and now its showing the TradeMark Status as : CANCELLED - SECTION 8 -Fri Oct 11, 2013 -Register Now!! (They meant to reg the trademark).
Am I going to face some legal problems / any kinda lash backs if i go ahead n register the domain!!?

I remember reading out somewhere in NamePros that a company won a domain in court after registering the TradeMark!!!

Please help me out in this!!

please search trademarks here http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/ , based on what you said I dont think you searched on that site

Ok!! Since i Reggd the domain name let me explain the whole thing!!

I reggd the domain name e-jets.com
But, when checked in WIKI i came across the info -
( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-jets )
So, i checked the term in:
http://knowem.com/checkusernames.php?u=e-jets
If scrolled down in this page, we cud see that the TM was regd before n has been cancelled now!!

I hope everything is cool with my e-jets.com registration!!!

I checked the trademark, and seems like the e-jets trademark is dead, but there is a "e-jets family" trademark from a company in Brazil. Don't think it will pose much danger, as its a foreign country trademark, and it isn't solely e-jets, but rather e-jets family.
