edit: and of course, the domain name is not in your possession!

This is the question that comes to mind. What are your thoughts on this? (un)ethical?

I think it's ethical provided you always pay for the domain, whether you can sell it or not. I think what is unethical is all the spamming that takes place.

I have added a line to my above asked question which says the domain name that you dont really have in your possession.

No it's not. You cannot sell something you don't own yet, or don't have permission to sell. If you want to make money on domains owned by third parties, then you need to be a broker, and for that you need permission from the domain name holder.

Thanks for the pretty obvious answer bud. But I fail to understand why some people in the industry stoop to lowest levels in order to make quick buck/get rich quick schemes such as Axsion or Indus Domains guy is doing!

sorry but I hate to disagree.. we all are human beings and know that there are few bad apples in the every industry, however we as a dedicated individuals in the domain name industry need to step up and clean this industry somehow so that we all dont look bad due to such stupid fellows.
