As with any domain investment, it ultimately depends on the domain, what you paid for it, and what the buyer is willing to pay. There have been many, many profitable sales of .CLUB domains. The most profitable sale was probably The.club, which a domain investor bought for $19,000 and then sold for $300,000. Of course, not every sale will be THAT profitable. Personally I wouldn't, but if you do, stick to popular short single words.
