but before buy domain , is anyone here use this site ?
is reg domain in their site is safe ?
is reg domaain in here instant active ?
is they allow to push and transfer domain ?

I have not been successful in registrations with espace2001. They show low prices, but their system is wonky. After I tried a couple times to get a name and they didn't act fast enough, I decided not to try them anymore. What ccTLD are you wanting to buy?

Espace2001 is very bad, they do not have real time registration . . .

thanks, but i cant reg domain at bigrock, because they dont accept paypal, n i dont have credit card

You can use PayPal at BigRockIN if you deposit funds first - so you make a deposit and then they take it out of your balance when you buy domains. I do that to save time too. You just have to know what you are buying in Indian Rupee because that is how they do their accounting. I'm not sure if there is a minimum though, I use my cc since the Int'l currency fee is cheaper for me that way.

ETA:
OK I just checked, I put 199 Indian Rupee into deposit with PayPal and it took me to PayPal for US$2.92, so you can see if that will work for you.
