Hi Bean, the cheapest would probably be NamePros or RegFly with their $1.99 .info weekend sales. Also NameCheap is fairly cheap as well at $2.88 per name. Best of luck.

I believe that the most used aspect of DNS control is the ability to change Name Servers - and that IS included in the price.
