domain Is Eczema.cc a worthwhile investment?

Hi, folks just would like to know if you think this domain is a worthwhile investment. From my research, I know that eczema is a common skin condition that over 30 million Americans suffer from and according to google keyword planner there are 100k-1M searches per month for eczema. I know that this domain extension is not .com but wouldn't it still be considered a premium one-word one regardless of the extension?. Now in terms of investment would it be worthwhile for holding and try to sell or building a product or info site?

best thing that can be done, is to create an info site with it,

honestly in 2021 search engines don't work like they used to the domain will help you rank but not by much it is all about the content

Pretty much what @biggie said. An info of some site is the best play. Even then, not that thrilled
