Is Bodis still providing support to their users?

I am a long time Bodis and back in October I noticed many of my domains are displaying other Bodis' users landing pages so obviously I am not getting the corresponding revenue which I know is not that much these days, but more important, they are not displaying my sales banners. Anyway, I opened a support ticket about 2 months ago asking to fix this issue but they have not even answerd this ticket. I know some people have left the company but this is really a mess having a huge impact. I wonder if someone else is experiencing similar issues and if anyone knows if Bodis is still providing customer/user support?

I know it is a rough time for parking platforms, I just hope we don't get a Voodoo kind of situation now with Bodis.

i opened namepros wanting to post about if anyone is still getting support ticket with answers but it seem a common problem.
I'm still getting monthly payments by them but no more replies.
I've fear it will become like voodoo...

if bodis does no support u should seriously all ponder how reliable might be your bodis pages... ads or landers... on a 247 basis... or when something goes wrong.... whether bodis do support then.. if so under what delays nowadays

my shit on panda now.. even landers only and no ads on bodis was too much of a question mark for me for above reasons.

panda even nicer cause unique dns mean i dont even need press stupid add domain button.. it gets auto added on first view. lol

No, the covid era hit me hard. I got sick from covid, many accounts were compromised including email addresses. I had to rearrange and reorganize everything including online work.

aftr my first infection 2021 I lost 80% of both taste and smell. and never got it back. the good news is I can go without shower for half a year.. which I do... and basically eat shit ... which i don't.. but u get the point..

still im curious how did covid contribute to compromising accounts? I thought it only infected humans.. not computers?

Yes, covid has made it hard for me to sleep (my sleep schedule is messed up), I am always tired, my weight is increasing and I feel very nauseous. I am not saying covid contributed to the accounts being affected, but most of my online accounts that help me make money, have either been hacked, or closed due to inactivity, etc. during the covid period.

Right now I'm trying to catch up in the domain industry, but I've missed out on a lot. I'm looking for a good place to put the domains I still have. Any suggestions? Bodis didn't respond to the email I sent.

covid account infection was a joke. I was just curious for story.

bodis support went dead. i got out in time to get giantpanda account. which is great. thank u bodis. but apparently now panda doesnt take new people
