It is way too wordy to be worth anything much RIGHT NOW, maybe if you design a very simple site around it and explain what it is, what it does and all over things associated with it you may get more than $1.

Right now without development no one will touch it I think for great amounts of money...maybe $50?, after a few months with reasonable traffic and maybe some adsense earnings you will do very well on it...maybe 25-40x reg fee.

It does have 27,000 searches and 2900 exact for "Betamethasone Cream" so that is a major plus point in your favour, shouldn't be too hard to get it ranking in google
