Hi there,
I submitted my .tl domain registration order at asiaregistry.com one month ago. Got instant automatic order confirmation. The domain status has been pending ever since. Sent them 2 emails through the contact form on their website. Never received a reply.
Is it worth to try to reach them? Along with the domain order they took my CC info, too. Is this something I should be worried about?
Has anybody made any business with them? Their parent company is Instra Corporation, based in Melbourne, Australia.
