Is anyone having success with commercial parking services? Which one?

Talking to a few domainers that use parking services offered by registrars and those sold as a service, I hear that human traffic has gone down steadily over the past 10 years as Google has become better at recognizing and de-indexing pages that are simply for domains for sale or with a few advertisements.

Is anyone getting organic search traffic on their parked domains, if so I would be curious to see what they are doing right.
