I wouldnt call it a loss when someone's money was taken wrongfully.

 

did you ever spend money on ads that didn't deliver?
did you ever spend money on a domain that you couldn't sell?
did you buy a domain for parking that was blocked?

I dont know where you are getting these comparisons. The domains I drop, someone did bot tell me to get them ans that they will sell and I will make money. Also the ads part too. Come up with better example Frank. The guy already said he did wrong and will pay back so why are you saying it is a loss?

 

When I started seriously investing in domain names, I remember this fiasco though I was never an injured party.

It's good to see the public step in the right direction to repair things. However, as I tell some of my clients, it could take twice as long to repair the damage as it took to create it.

Now you arr just arguing, and no I never did anything, and NO, hell NO, I gave ZERO dollar to Adam. I am too smart for such crap as my background allows me to see such things. And no, we are not in Germany Mr Frank. The guy just admitted to making wrong and being ready to fix it and pay everyone in six months. What are you complaining and arguing about? I'm trying to achieve only one goal and that is that we don't scare Adam away. Let him make his repayments, anyone with a beef should step forward and make a claim. Before I call the man an asshole for trying to right a wrong I will give him the opportunity to do so.

Post your claim, see if he does indeed repay, we have the first post saying he did.
I also posted that he honoured his obligation in my transactions, that is also good.

It's a start, small as it may be but if it helps people with claims against him then we need to allow it to happen and not scare him away with name calling.

Yeah right let me let you understand it as you please. It says a lot about you, supporting someone who scammed people a lot of money. You are actually worse than that person because atleast they now acknowledge and want to pay back everyone while you are here saying people should learn to accept losses and stop complaining and also coming up with unrelated and useless comparisons
