iReport sold for $750k - A boost for i+keyword names?

So iReport and i-Report just sold for $750.000 to CNN, that is amazing! Good on you Rick!

Will this definitely put i+keyword on the map? Do you guys think this will boost other i+keyword domain in general? Or is this sale just the odd one out?

I totally agree, i and report works beautifully together. This sale will fuel and encourage i+keywords holders, sold the only one I had a couple of months ago, maybe it is time to start looking again

Thanks for sharing. That's definitely a good news for i+keyword.com domain holders. I have idutch.com and fortunitely I did not sell it at the low ball offers.

What about the other i-report. Mobi , Net , US etc. They are not owned by CNN . DO there values go up. I-report isnt a trademark of CNN so I dont think there is a trademark issue. (Ireport was a term used before cnn used it and theres even a software program called ireport) I would think that the other owners of Ireport and i-Report would see a jump in value ( in .net, .org , .us etc) am I wrong to think this?

i-report.us was not regged but it is now. I guess worth the $7. if nothing I can drop it in a year. All the others were regged. Only .com by CNN.

I totally agree, i and report works beautifully together. This sale will fuel and encourage i+keywords holders, sold the only one I had a couple of months ago, maybe it is time to start looking again

If anything, as your post demonstrates, I think you'll see a run on i-domain registrations but not necessarily i-domain sales.
