Bought a new .io domain through sedo last week a NN.io , bit of an investment and gamble but worth a shot in my opinion.

Anyone investing in .io domains? please feel free to share your investments.

Don't think so. I have seen a lot of developed adult websites including xvx.io, jock.io and many others. (Warning: links contain explicit adult content)

And if your registrar is Gandi then good luck with the transfer to a new owner. Its an archaic process!

I would suggest transferring them to yourself to a GoDaddy account (for example) before listing.

Bottom line, these are worth what somebody will pay for them

.....and what the owner will sell for. Buyer / seller agree price = worth

I don't know if it's good or not, guess I will find out, but I now own the domains,

NEWEST .io
BIGGEST .io

To me, these are good names. They are generic enough to be used for anybody for any product or service in the world. They also represent the absolute TOP, you can NOT get newer than NEWEST, and you can NOT get bigger than BIGGEST.

If there's a downfall, it's that they could be too generic, as in biggest, what? Newest what?

But still, basically owning these domains is like owning the BIGGEST & NEWEST .io

POWERSUPPLY according to Estibot, has 9Million Broad Mo Searches & 75,000 Exact Mo Searches!

PROCESSORS.NET sold for $2400 way back in 2007. PROCESSORS according to Estibot has 5Million Broad Mo Searches and 10,000 exact Mo searches. Seeing how the .net sold for $2400 back in 2007, would inflation, etc mean that it would sell for more or less today?

ATTACHMENTS according to Estibot, has 2.2 Million Broad Mo Searches and 15,000 exact Mo Searches.
