I’m currently thinking about purchasing the domain http://www.invision-graphics.com

I’m thinking about approaching the website owner and making them an offer to purchase invision-graphics.com….

My corporate firm believes it to be; quiet an interest from a value point of seo, however we are not sure what would be the best approach, and marketing value of a site this popular..

They hold many top positions in Google and MSN for keywords and have a pretty decent Alexa rating as well.

However we wish to be fair in our evaluation and proposal, what are the recommendations and best way to approach this site owner in obtaining the official domain and contents..?

Any suggestions would be highly welcomed.
