Hello Board! I'm new here and but have been looking around. I see a lot of good domain selling going on, especially at SEDO. I currently have about 250 domains for sale and have had for about a month without selling a single one. I'm wondering if i need to be more patient or what. Any suggestions? I will gladly send you my portfolio if you like.

Why dont you list a couple of your best domains in the appraisal section to see what any of the more experienced members think, this might give you a good idea if your prices that you are expecting are realistic

My thoughts:

1. I see you are new, so if your portfolio is made of handregs I'm afraid few are likely to have resale value...
2. Yes you need to be patient. It could take years before you receive a decent offer, or an offer at all. Patience is necessary is in this business - note that it is not the same as stubbornness (clinging on to bad domains)
3. What made you think selling domain names is easy ?
4. There are millions of domains listed on Sedo, so your names are drowned in a sea of bad domains and have no particular visibility.
5. The best way to sell domains, is to have domains that somebody else would want. Then they will check if the domain is available, and possibly make an offer if they like it. In other words, if nobody else has the same idea, like you are the first to register that domain, you're out of luck.
