I have a domain with internetbs which was put on hold for ending up on a blacklist. I sent them an email on what i should do and they said to get it off the blacklist. I tried to do that but i needed to change the nameservers so that i can access my abuse@mydomain email address (it was currently using a seperate dns server at the time it was put on hold)
I told them if they could change the nameservers for me so that i can use my abuse email to contact the blacklist owner (they require this) and ever since then (i sent them that email a month ago) they have gone dark on me.
The domain ended up getting off the blacklist so i sent them another email (this was about three weeks ago) and they have not replied.
I tried their live chat and asked if they could forward a message for me and they said they would. This was about two weeks ago.
I tried once more their live chat and asked the same thing as well as told them that no one was responding to my email that was sent to their abuse dept. I told them if they could make this a high priority and they agreed.
That was a week ago and I still have not heard back from them.
Any ideas what I should do now?
