We are facing this issue and would like to know if somebody else is in the same trouble.
Internetbs is not answering to our requests of assistance.
At the beginning they've asked to show files, but after I showed the files and also the error page that comes after the update, they stopped answering my emails.
Fortunately we found another registrar that is just a little bit more expansive, but offering the same service and with much better reviews.
Anyone else experienced that?
I wouldn't mind to remain with internetbs if there's a solution, even if regarding this issue their assistance have been... disarming!
