There are many such sold domains, but their NS never change to a production site, I understand that (8heart,com) I sold for 100$ still points do Dan, but such expensive domains to buy and still keep it there, is really weirdo.

For me XYZ is a dead extension, I say this based on my exp of received offers, I even question COM and other offers I had till now, if they were even real or Bot created, to keep me investing like a sheeple, though I had zoom chat not long ago with one interested party, but this is one in almost 6 years of domaining, still it was a lowball offer.

Interesting to see the results from this year though. Unsure how long she held the intelligence domain, but her results this year are strong. A few 5-figure and four 6-figure. All .xyz.

my top sale in 10yr domaining is recently fidoxyz 30k so I can never say biggish sales in xyz arent possible

but all good names are regged and mostly by 1 person. so not much to share for rest of us

Thanks for selling the domain- 8heart.com but for $100? When you registered this? I have also the same view like you that XYZ is a dead extension. Similar view on .com also. So most of my present domains are combination of Ai and .com.

Thanks. I have also checked the list of sales data of 30th September 2025 from namebio.com. There are so many domains sold with longtail keywords.

I am excited that most of my domains are highly searchable keywords with .com and Ai combination.
