6 months, since I started investing on Domains, I purchased few .infos. I realized that they don't have much value or not even a bit...

    I have Handkerchief.info, banjo.info, etc...

What do you think, should I hold them or just get rid of them?

It seems there are still many regular sales for .info, but the price is near the floor and really doesn't feel worth the effort.

There are some outlier sales like CheapHotel.info @ $3500, that make me want to hold on to a few, but will drop all except one-worders (even they're not selling for much but should still be a good return if get one or two sold).

Thanks for responding, so do you think, it can get sales?

I try not to buy .info, but I don't know why I always hit that buy button, lol

.INFO is far and away my worse performing extension that I deal with.

    You just noticed???
Its aftermarket is semi-dead few years already.

In the past I sold a few up to ~$2K.

I let all my info (bout 200) names go 2 years ago...I kept only a couple vanity names. It MIGHT come back one day but I think that is in the very distant future.

Ok, thank God I created this thread, as I'm new and have no idea about how versatile this industry is...

The highest .info enduser demand/conversion was always in Germany and France...
But nowadays even those markets are weak in .info

Impose a buying ban on yourself and dedicate many hours to searching, reading and taking notes from this site. There are some members here that are sharing very good insight...you just have to seek it out.

.com is where my focus is but there are several others that are selling...I like some of the country codes. Namebio is one of the places you can check to see what other extensions are selling.

This is interesting, I personally prefer .info over .net I mean when the .com is taken, next to that I'd go for .io, some people just don't like it because of its length.

    Length is not a reason...
Since 2015 endusers in this budget category have many significantly better and more brandable nTLD options... and usually at regfee.

    2020.info

I paid $1150 two years ago for it.

What's my salvage price now that 2020 is here?

I've always kind of liked this extension, it does what it says on the tin. I just got a one-word in the sports/entertainment niche. They don't fetch much money I know, but at $2.89 I thought it worth a punt :xf.smile:

    I don't think, it's worth much...

But, most probably end-users would definitely want to buy it...

Yes, that's true, but I would rather like to choose .co instead even with a different keyword, lol!
