If there are trademark issues involved you can't sell it. It will only (most likely) spark the legal issues. The concept is ... if someone else has it trademarked, you can't legally profit from whatever it is they have trademarked and tryign to sell that domain ... well any way, long story short ... this domain has no value because of the associated TM issues.

I don't think it's trademarked. I think that it's copyrighted. Also, the domain name for inetbet.com is held by a european company. How does that change things? Can I sell it?
