Increased price of LLLL.com

Damn! I can't even get a nice VCVC.com for less then $900. No matter what auction I've bidded on today and earlier this past two weeks, I can't get anything lower then $900 which has been my budget. There's always someone at snapnames, pool, or TDNAM that always goes head to head with me. I was going for these 2 names to weeks ago. Everyone stopped bidding at $326 and then this guy went head-to-head with me bringing the name past the $800 mark. The domain was solid but it wasn't worth more then $750 to me but emotions moved me. Argghh.... I know it's good for the niche but the days of snagging a solid VCVC.com or CVCV.com are gone my friends. I can't believe how high there value climbed in just 1 year. Such is our industry! The greatest commodity the world has ever known!

But, thats a debateable issue. Yes, pronounceable LLLL.com's are shooting up, and commanding some solid prices. In all honesty, now is an excellent time to start gobling them up if you can. Ive purchased 2 in the last few days. And I think Ive done well. Spent less than $300 for Thuz.com and Vurd.com - Just gotta keep hunting...

There are elements that prevents LLLL.com from succoming the bubble factor. Just like certain cities in the states i.e Boston, New York, Seatle, Manhattan will remain virtually untouch in the event of a 'burst'; such is the case with LLL.coms, CVCV.com and VCVC.com (quality letters of course).

Geez... people please stop with the PMs... not all CVCV or VCVC.coms are created equal. As I mentioned in the first post... the price for premium letters have jumped up dramatically. By premium I mean no 'q' or 'k' or any other letter that causes brandability issues. This isn't a wanted thread so kindly stop with the PMs and offers. Budget of $900 does not mean I want 'less' for 'less'. Just want to discuss the value of cvcv and vcvc domains. :blink:
