I pop the thought in my head twice a year or so...we will die someday and that is it, we don't bring physical stuff, we don't bring memories, we don't bring emotions, nothing, so what's the sense of living? Have fun now but not remember it tomorrow, it's just too scary to think about really.

Does anyone know if we will live a second life, so my last life I was Einstein, now I am me, then I'll be Barack Obama Jr? Like is it possible I am born again, is it possible we lived millions of lives but can't remember it? Supernatural?

It's something we all have to do and it's not something that particularly worries me on a personal level, but concerns me how it will affect my loved ones, in particular, my children.

Death is simply part of life as strange as it seems. The whole circle of life scenario.

I think all anyone can really ask of life is to be at peace with yourself at death. If you have that, you've probably lived a good life.

I don't believe in God but I believe in love and as long as someone loves you, a small part of you will love on. :kickass:

I dont worry about death as such but Im in no rush to die. My first goal is to make an age at which my daughter is an adult as I have always prayed that I will be around while she is a child. I see death daily. Its not nice and the ones that are left behind do suffer. I dont know if there is any afterlife, nobody does. All I know is that I am alive right now and im bloody well gonna live it..........

I try and smile each day and I also try and make someone else smile each day..

Each day I awake is just the best feeling because one day.. I will not wake......

:D

I don't fear death at all, when God is ready to take me, I am ready to go home.

Until then, I will live a happy life with my Gorgeous wife, Son and Daughter :)

Its what you do while you are alive.... Some people invent things .. some people change things... We reproduce... Many many things are left behind when after we are gone.

If I make one person smile each day I am happy. :xf.love:

Plus some nice food and wine :D

Nobody can answer the big after death questions... All anyone can do is love life while we are lucky enough to have it. If you can on your way help others also :tu:

Eh, I plan on living long enough for the wonder pill to be invented. Someone get on that, I've only got another 50 years or so, barring a reckless driver or mishap!

When God swipes my library card and says I'm done, I'll gladly meet Him in heaven. :)

"Death" is only the physical body dying - I believe that the real life begins in eternity in paradise, where my family will be, where there are beautiful golf courses, tons of wonderful cigars, where the beer flows like wine, and where I can watch the best baseball I've ever imagined (Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Mickey Mantle, Roberto Clemente, and the other greats)...

God has a waiting room already, it's called the state of Florida

Well this post can be interpreted in a number of ways. After lots of reading on the site which is encouraged I've come to this conclusion on life. Before you're born God has all our souls in an available state (meaning they are freely available for use in this world or "life network").

Once we're born I believe that our souls have a "grace period" persay. Almost like if we die lets say 5 days after birth we can become available for re-birth...or "registration". In life I believe we have a set of amount of time lets call this an "active life cycle." Which could be anything from 1,2, 5, 10 years etc... that we are alive and well.

Once our "active life cycle" is up we die or "expire" which at this point we have the chance for "renewal." I think we also have a set amount of time (lets say ~45 days) or "renewal grace period" to "transfer" to another life or "owner." Once past this point our soul cannot "transfer out" and is no longer in the living world or "zone." This is where it gets a little tricky but there are those that believe after death or "expiration" you have one last "grace period" (~30 days, hypothetically speaking) of purgatory lets call it a "redemption grace period." This is the point when your soul actually "expires" and begins to be released and is no longer available in the living world or "zone."

The final "redemption grace period" is our last chance. If we do not accept his redeeming grace we then go through a time of cleansing or "pending delete" (something like 5 earthly days) before being "released" for other use. Once we are "released" we no longer exist but are in the "available state" once again and the cycle starts over.

Some people believe in other beings that try to "catch" us as we "drop" throughout out this cycle. This is usually interpreted as outside forces or "drop catchers" seeking to "renew" us before we are in an "available state" again.

One known hot topic these days is abortion. Now I don't really believe in it myself although others do. Once people are born during that first "grace period" (5 days remember) they think they can just abort or "taste" and release this new life after conception. Now granted I don't support Prochoice or "tasting activities" but some do it and see nothing wrong with it.

I hope my views on this subject make since and if not well too bad because its a Joke.

I try to worry more about my health... than I do about death... because IMHO there are much worse things than death.

Mainly, I keep myself open to possibilities. Maybe I don't believe in god, and heaven the way most people do... but I believe that we are all made of the same cloth, and the we are all part of the same energy that sways tides, and keeps the earth in rotation.

I believe we all work together with the sky, the earth, and eachother to be what we are... creatures of a very small planet in an enormous solar system, in an even bigger galaxy that is mere dust in the universe.

I don't discount the importance of beliefs... each belief whether Christian, Buddhist, Jewish etc etc... are all valid beliefs and important to personal and cumulative existence.

I think death isn't and ending at all, but is simply how we move on to the next level... and that level is whatever you believe it to be... perhaps if you believe it's nothing... for you it will be... if you think it's doing something you couldn't do in life... like walk, or see... that what it will be... if you think it's meeting up with your loved ones that have passed... you will.

Be open, be love, be respect and you will die as you have lived...
