In contact with potential end user. Now what?

I have contacted a potential end user that I would like to approach to sell two of my .us domain names.

Now that they (a restaurant) have responded to a question about their business, what should I do next?

Does it make any difference that I have had other unsuccessful attempts contacting them straight out about the two domains (no response)?

Thanks in advance for the help. :tu:

I don't wish to be blunt: but I would quit hassling them. If they wanted the domain they probably would have got it when it was available.

The flip side is what if a company in general didn't know it had become newly available as they never bothered to check?

Well as a general rule which I like to follow is that if they already own the .COM they wont care, but if they do care then they would just take you to court to get it off you.

It's not the same word/phrase with just a different extension. Mine is more generic.

Say the restaurant domain name was ChickenandBeef.com
My domain name would be Chicken.us

Well try to get them to talk a little more, and then outright find out if they are interested in the domains. If not, leave them alone.
