Firstly, does .in stand for india? Secondly...is there any value in xxx.in domains?

Also, are xxx domains better with or without numbers and letters in, and with or without the same character in (IE. aba.in or abc.in....ignoring the fact that it's abc!)

Yes sir, .IN is the new country code domain for INDIA.

It's too early for a definitive YES or NO.

Time will tell the story, but .IN (and INDIA) has many factors in it's favor.

Regardless of extension.

ABC.whatever / 123.whatever... are better than AB7.whatever / 12C.whatever

There are some notable exceptions like: MP3, etc.

Having a 2nd/repeated letter does not automatically help OR hurt. Case by case basis.

In my opinion there is not value yet at domains like jjh.in but pronouncable ones
