Important Question Concerning a Push!

So, I just completed my first buy through Sedo.

The domain is registered at the Public Domain Registry.

I wanted to sign up with them, so the process will take faster and the domain will simply be pushed to me.

However, I cannot find, for the life of me, how to create an account with the Public Domain Registry!

They talk about registering through their partners, but I can't even find who are they're partners!

If anyone can help...WHERE do I sign up for an account with the Public Domain Registry?!

Look at the domain's WHOIS record. It should show two fields: "Registration Service Provided By:" and "Contact:" pertaining to the reseller.

Even SEDO told me to sign up with Public Domain Registry instead of directing me to the reseller.
