Imonetize.com tickets not being answered?

I have an open ticket posted July 24, 2008 3:31 PM that is still being left unanswered.

Is this a normal support ticket for imonetize?

Any of you guys having trouble getting support?

Yes, I have called 3 times and never received a call back. I am new to iMonetize as of October 2008. I switched some of my domains over them to see how they perform.

Yesterday, I called and talked to what I think was an answering service. I asked why my calls were not being returned. The person told me that no one had been in the office and picked up messages that day. It was about 4:30 PM when I called. She said that all she does is take messages and then it out of her hands.

The lack of support and communication is very concerning.

I got a call from their CEO a couple of days ago. He seemed to be sincere about helping get my issues resolved. According to an email a check was sent today to replace a check that I never received.

My issues are now resolved. I received a check today and expect to get another check later this week that covers the remaining balance. After talking to their CEO, my opinion of iMonetize has changed. I don't think they are dishonest at all. They may be slow to respond to messages and tickets, but the payment issues were most likely not their fault. Google or the PPC providers maybe deducting revenue without any explanation.
