I'm Raising Money for American Cancer Society - Relay for Life

Hello fellow NPer's!

I am participating in Relay for Life at my alma matter (University of New Hampshire) on 4/18 and 4/19.

Relay for Life is an overnight team event to raise money and awareness for cancer research. This is definitely a great cause (and is the reason I am walking), participating with my former dorm mates.

I have walked in the past (and received donations for NP'ers just like yourself), but this year is different. This past September, my grandmother passed away from Spinal and Lung cancer. She did live a long life, taking care of us all, but not as long as we would have loved her company and guidance.

Don't be tight!

Come on NP members, donate anything you can!
That day may come, when you are in need, or hurting, and need help. It may be emotionally, or financially. You may get help, or you may find out who your real friends are. I have been there, and know what it feels like.
Do what is right, and give just a $1, if that is all you have.
I hate to rag on everyone, and I know everyone can't donate to every need or cause.
I hate it even more when I see some one ask for help, and no one replies. If we are really a NP family, we should help each other. Instead of regging that domain you aren't really sure is even good, save that money, and give a little of it to a good cause!
