I would register a good brandable .com and create a website, with the revenue from the website, I could then buy more expensive domains.

I would invest in whichever domain I like ,regardless of any extension.

If I were a new domainer would register
- two Namecheap .98 (normally $10) Black Friday .coms
- three Namecheap .98 (normally $11) Black Friday .clubs
- and add Namecheap's 4.88 (normally $78) Black Friday Professional shared hosting to set up a landing page for my new domains

for less than $10
