If some companies do not register their name .asia. Is it risk free for us to regist

I just wonder if some companies does not apply for .asia. Do you think it is riskfree for us to register their names?

I would watch out for TM issues. So many nice ones to reg that there is no reason to do this IMO.

I would stay away from regging names of companies in general, regardless of the extention.
