Hi all...I've tried everything I can think of to try to fix this but nothing seems to be working. I have 2 problems. First of all here's my .html page for you to look at: www.capescafe.com/10thDegree/beginning.html
and here's a link to the stylesheet.

1. right below the header there's a space where there shouldn't be in IE. this page looks perfectly fine in Firefox. but in IE there's space underneath the black thin line. i figured out if i take out the div that the title is in then the space dissapears but i need the title in html text centered where it is...so if anyone has another suggestion as to how i can change it, that would be great.

2. the shadows on the right and left sides of the white content area are supposed to stretch all the way to the bottom of the browser window (which they do in Firefox) but in IE they stop a little ways up.

i just cannot figure out how to make this work in IE. can anyone help????
