Domain name stolen ....ICANN Contact for .tv

HI All,

Would anyone here know the contact id/phone no.of the person incharge at ICANN for dealing with .tv stolen domain name issues?

I have been away from domaining for a few months and when I got back I realised one of my .tv name has been stolen.
Enom the loosing registrar is not helping and I would like to know if anyone here knows how I can get in touch with the appropriate person at ICANN?

PM sent with domain name. The email id used for transfer is that of a a known domain hacker and don't want to publicise the domain name and alert the hacker.
