I want Your Professional Advice on Domain Business

Hello,

I have been considering and researching about this domain business, which is cash parking and flipping. Now I want to go into the business fully thereby making the business a good investment portfolio. Meanwhile, I need to confide in your professionalism in this business.

Below are my questions

1. Can I park with a free parking service like bido.com or a paid cash parking service like godaddy.com? Which will bring in positive result?

2. I intend to register deleted domain names as they are cheaper to start with now, how can I check the traffic flow of the domain name and the value before registering it?

3. I resell hosting space, how possible will it be for me to host my domain names thereby creating a landing page and monetizing it so I can full control of how much comes in?

4. the third question leads to this one, can i get a script that will manage my domain portfolio with just few clicks? Because I just like to be in control as I wish to park my domain by myself in the next one year in this business

5. How can I sell the domain name as in what are the procedures?

I think you will find that your questions will require so much work that few people will respond. Most of your questions can be answered with just a little bit of work. Although, to some extent I am concerned about your questions being so low as to wonder if you really understand what it is we do. I'm not saying that to be rude, I just think you need to spend some time doing some basic research on your own to get a better feel for the business. Once you understand the basics come back and ask a more engaging questions that really requires some expertise. Good luck.

1. Domain parking is only beneficial if there is incoming traffic to the domain.

2. Have a look at expireddomains.net, it should give you an insight into the metrics of domains

3. Point the NameServers from domain settings to your current webhosting servers.

4. Im not too sure about that, maybe someone else could assist you..

5. As for selling domains, you could resell them to other domainers or you could find end users which is a whole learning process. Seek and you shall learn my friend.

I myself am a beginner and I advise you to keep researching and absorb as much information as you can, as this isn't as simple as I or we initially thought it was.

maybe you dont understand me... I know how to host domain names, my question here is if i want to be creating a landing page for each domain and imputing affiliate and adsense links on them it will be bulky when i arrived at 50 - 100 domain names. So how can i get a script to manage all these domain names from a single server?
Am still doing my research though. Thanks

You can park your domain with free sites like bido,voodoo,parkingcrew,etc to make cash from your parked domain names.But your income depends on the incoming type in traffic.I don't think there's much income in parking currently unless you have a super premium domain like shop.com or store.com.Even for the other programs like adsense, I think google has changed the policy for parked domains making it difficult for domainers to earn money by putting adsense links on landing page.But the better way of earning today might be to host your own landing page with affiliate links like Amazon and other similar programs which pay you a commission whenever a sale is made from your parked domain.Hopes this helps.
