I don't know why your question has got that number of dislikes, since you are beginner as you say, yet I see there're a few things you are getting wrong, so I'll try to give my explanations.
First of all, I think there's quite a slim chance to register a crypto domain nowadays that will sell for a profit, you are late probably by a year or so. Then, as
@DomainFQ has noted, you can sell a name registered at NameSilo through different venues, I would add Sedo and GoDaddy to the list above. There's no such a thing as "a registrar best for a crypto domain". I think your confusion originates from the fact that currently you can sell only domains registered with NameSilo at their marketplace - that's not always the case, many marketplaces allow selling domains registered with different registrars. BTW, NameSilo is a pretty good registrar.
P.S. What kind of survey have you done in this thread, I don't see any?
