Well since 2014 the domain has dropped twice and it expired last month! So you may be able to negotiate with them that - instead of getting nothing for it and dropping it, that they get 'something' for it, and try to get it for mid 3 figs or less.

Strange, but I got the sale preposition from a person who I dealt previously ,
I don't hesitate to use the appraisal section if Im the buyer and want to know it's worth

Buying for resell or buying to develop a site (people always say this but it never happened.
Don't be in love with the name. Try to buy as cheap as you can and don't let the seller know that you need it.
