In the past, I have used one tool that can be used to check the availability of domains based on keywords. The software had 3 columns in which keywords would be entered and then the software would merge those keywords and check the availability of those domains. Even expiry year will be enough for me.
I know bulkseotools.com but its slow and has limit of 500.
I want to check in thousands at once.

DNS Coffee collects and archives stats from DNS Zone files in order to provide insights into the growth and changes in DNS over time.

It appears to be more complete than robtex.com and many similar services.
