Good Day everybody :)
i'm a newbie and i need your assistance regarding my strategy to select and promote domains to park
i thought out of the box and i decided to select domains according to keyword research which means low competition, very high search volume per month and the page rank of the competitors as low as possible.
for ex
if i found any phrase such as ( healthy fast food ) = low competition =
search volume = 250000
and the page rank of the competitors website for this particular keyword less than 2
then i looked for a domain like( healthyfastfood.com ) but it wasn't available then i selected healthyfastfood.biz for ex (is it a mistake ? or i have to purchase.com anyway ?
for promoting this domain
i decided to select an image from google image and i added on it the URL of this domain and i uploaded to tumblr ( am i mistaken or not ? )
could you please tell me how to check the blacklisted domains to prevent encountering issues with the parking domains companies.
However, i appreciate any advice could you share.
Your cooperation in advance will be highly appreciated
Have a great day :)
saad

It doesn't work like that. Parking is good for domains that already get traffic either type-in or from old links. You are not allowed to actively promote and link to a parked site per most of the parking provider TOS's. A .biz domain is unlikely to get you any traffic.

If you want to build a legit parking portfolio, it is going to cost you. You will have to buy domains that already have type-in traffic and revenue. You can find them in the various domain forums, GoDaddy auctions and Dynadot auctions.

There isn't any shortcut here where you register junk names and drive traffic to them while parked. Do some more research.

Thanks a lot inforg
in fact, you are right because when i searched for domains .com i found many of them for sale in auction for +1k which means the keyword research which i did was relevant and i discovered that the most of its extension were purchased. I think it is a good indication for me to buy any extension with this particular keyword because the people online search with keywords isn't ? what do you think ?

Nobody is going to type in healthyfastfood.biz and as a newly registered domain it is highly unlikely it has any existing backlinks. So you will never get any visitors to this domain. You need to buy domains with real traffic, not bot traffic, which usually means with existing backlinks. I'm not saying you won't get clicks on another tld than .com, but type-in visitors probably don't type in anything other than .com tld. But if other than .com the domain needs a healthy number of backlinks to get any traffic/clicks. This is no different for .com also.

Natural type-in traffic domains were all regged twelve to fifteen years ago. Occasionally former websites will drop that have some backlinks and you will find bidders for those in Godaddy Auctions, Namejet, etc (when you see multiple bidders on a crappy domain name quite often the bidding interest is not in the keyword but rather in the backlinks which would provide some modest parking income).
