I need very cheap host which allow warez linking

Hello!

I am in need of shared account on server, which allows warez linking. I have forum with finnish language, that needs to be hosted. It is only linking forum and it has SMF, which is free and legal script. I also have a disclaimer. Nothing illegal is hosted on the server, just links on warez sites. It's also an invite only community.

I need 500 megas and 10 gb BW.

Rules

- You must not be a reseller
- You must have ran the service for 3 monthes atleast
- You must be not allowing proxies on the same server
- The cost must not be high. I am looking for CHEAP hosting.
- You don't need to be offshore, but your datacenter needs to allow warez linking.
- Payment is done monthly

Why do you need my traffic details huh? 50 members and about 150 posts. (includes threads). I used like 70 megabytes traffic until it went offline. I want to keep future open, thats why i need 10 gb. Forum db is 200 kt at the moment.

I could have done it for 5 on a faster server, PM me if you want to change next month. You are paying way too much for a hong kong server, they have slow connections over there.
