Hi I'm looking for a host that allows anime download sites. The videos will be hosted on another host so basically I'm just linking. I need a host that has :

Cpanel
1gb space (might need more in the future)
10gb bandwidth
MYSQL (latest version)
PHP (latest version)
Must able to run Joomla
SAFE MODE OFF
PHP Mail
NO ADs
Host must be 1 years old+

Will pay in NP$ I dunno about the price maybe around 15-100NP$? I usually go for the cheapest and reliablity.
