I need to make Photo VCD (help!)

I tried to make several photoVCD trying other softwares like ulead and pinnacle..
What i like to know is the photo were taken from 3 meg. pixel camera and whenever I tried to make VCD, the photo is totally blurry....
what is this problem??

Have you tried movie maker or PhotoStory from Microsoft?

I've taken some photos from a 2 megapixel camera and the photo looks great. It depends if you expand the photos too big for the screen.

Nero does a pretty good job making Photo CD's as well, in my experience. Most CD Burner's come with the express version, which I believe has this feature, but I have the Ultra version, so I don't know for sure.
