Please help, I would like photo versus photo script or website similiar to www.kittenwars.com ..but i cant find anywheres, knowledge is king eh..please help, or let me know how much to accuire this.....

yes the above links look fine, so long as people could load up there own pics or have the ability to, and it looks like that is possible on those links above. English language please, please forgive me what is asp??? and if you could give me idea of price, or email me price, for complete build, i can log in and change html codes and change wording of site to my liking on content of pics etc, i would like to use godaddy for hosting if possible, i have another website hosted through them as well..thanks.
