I need some advice

Hey all,

I got a girlfriend today... I feel wierd saying it since I've always been anti-social but I guess it's true :tu: Anyway, I need some advice, it's my first one.

Now what? Lol.

I guess we're "going out" as that's what she asked... I said yes, but what does "going out" really mean?

What do I do now?

Please be realistic, don't be stupid, you're talking to a person with the social skills of a 5th or 6th grader here... well at least they're NOT GOOD, lemme put it that way. Well she said she didn't care that my social skills were bad, so that's good I guess?

I was able to get a hold of her on the phone today - for about 5 minutes...

She still seems a bit quiet but better than last night. Apparently she's not mad and that guy was just a friend, and I could have joined her whenever, instead of just following her through the cafeteria :D (I thought differently at the time) - I guess we're still going, but.... I think it's really delicate right now..

Keep at it. At first me and my girlfriend started going out we didnt really talk much to each other or anything but thats just a stage in our relationship and we talk and joke all the time now. If you think things are not goin like you would hope/like just stick with it and before you no it your be fine together

Thanks... I have 2 friends which are helping me a lot, 3 actually (one's a girl herself so she can give me a philosophical view...)

But anyway... I dunno, she still seems quieter than before but I guess she still likes me...

I'm thinking you need to wait till you are happy to be in a -proper- relationship with her (that being 16 i presume).

You can't expect her to be able to go by all the rules you have, not many girls would be willing to do that.
