I need simple hosting

Looking to host about 500 small one-page web sites, I need Cpanel and a system that does not change every month. I’m looking to put up a site and have it stay that way forever, very simple. I have had problems with people trying to use my accounts for spamming (forged headers), I need someone who can set up a simple package that does not have e-mail to avoid this.

If I have hosting with you now or have had hosting with you in the past please do not post in this thread, I’m looking for other solutions.

Might need about 2 gigs of space and 20 gigs of traffic. I just need to host with someone who doesn't change their system every month to check out "the latest technology". I want to set up and forget about it, I don't need a jet to travel 100 feet, my sites are simple holding pages, and maybe about 15 developed sites that I use will need e-mail.
